Decent and nice location with a bus station near the hotel. A good choice of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. The standard queen room with beautiful view and terraces.

We had an excellent stay at this hip new hotel. the location was magnificent in the middle of the city. - We stayed in a standard twin room and truly enjoyed a huge bathroom.

The staff at Hotel Gala were really good too accommodate us, even allowing us to check in early at no extra cost. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and we were provided with fresh towels daily. the breakfast spread offered a variety of options to choose from. Although there were minor issues, such as thin walls and a strange smell in the bathroom, the overall stay was pleasant.

Spacious, clean rooms with balcony, great AC. Reception staff very kind and flexible. Immediate response to shower issue. Okay breakfast with various options. Free secure parking. Polite staff. Daily room cleaning. Convenient location. Lovely refurbished rooms and furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable bed.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the value for money was excellent. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with clean rooms and white sheets and towels. Additionally, the hotel's location, close to the city center and near the Mall, was very convenient. The staff were also friendly and attentive, putting the guests first.
No significant improvements are needed; everything was satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with modern design, comfortable beds and clean sheets that had a nice smell. The hotel had excellent WIFI signal, and the breakfast had a great variety that catered to every taste. the staff was very friendly, and they spoke English fluently, made communications easy. The hotel also had free underground parking, great for me.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Cluj-Napoca. the location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the city center and the Mall. This made it very convenient for exploring the city and doing some shopping. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist with any requests and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and had a beautiful view from the top of the closets. It was a nice touch to be able to enjoy the scenery from my room. this hotel provided good value for money and I would definitely recommend it.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered a spacious room with a great view of the city and a delicious breakfast with a variety of food options. The hotel was conveniently located close to public transportation and within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The hotel did not live up to my expectations in some aspects. The underground parking was very cramped and limited, causing us to struggle finding a spot.
